3. Oppsett

Before using your trigger pull gauge, ensure it is properly set up.

3.1 Installasjon av batteri

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the gauge.

3.2 Attaching the Measurement Rod

The measurement rod is designed for flexibility and can be adjusted for various trigger types.

1. Locate the small hole at the top of the gauge.
2. Insert the straight end of the measurement rod into this hole.
3. The rod can be rotated to position the 90-degree hook either downwards or sideways, depending on your preference and the firearm's trigger guard.

4.2 Using the Average Function

The average function allows you to take multiple readings and get a consistent average, which is ideal for evaluating trigger performance over several pulls.

1. Start: Trykk på FERDIG button to turn on the gauge and reset it to "0.00".
2. Take Multiple Readings: Perform several trigger pull measurements as described in Section 4.1. After each pull, the gauge will hold the reading. Press FERDIG to clear and prepare for the next reading. The gauge automatically stores up to 10 readings.
3. Calculate Average: After taking your desired number of readings (up to 10), press the AVG button. The display will show the average of all stored readings.
