1. Oppsett

1.1 Pakkeinnhold

1.2 Tilkobling av baseenheten

1. Connect the small end of the power adapter to the power jack on the back of the base unit. Plug the large end into a standard electrical outlet.
2. Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the telephone jack on the back of the base unit. Plug the other end into a telephone wall jack.

1.3 Batteriinstallasjon og lading

If the battery pack is not pre-installed, open the battery compartment on the back of the handset and connect the battery pack connector to the socket. Place the handset on the base unit to charge. The handset will emit a beep to confirm it is charging. Allow the handset to charge for at least 16 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.

2.1 Grunnleggende anropsfunksjoner

2.2 Phonebook Directory

The phonebook can store up to 20 names and numbers. To access, add, or edit entries:

1. Pressen MENY/OK.
2. Navigate to the Phonebook option using the CID or TILBAKE pilknapper.
3. Pressen MENY/OK to select. Follow the on-screen prompts to manage entries.

2.3 Caller ID and Redial

• Anrops-ID: The phone displays the last 10 caller numbers. Press the CID knappen for å review ringelisten.
• Ring på nytt: The phone stores the last 5 numbers dialed. Press the TILBAKE button to access and redial these numbers.

2.4 Ringemelodier

Choose from 10 ringer melodies (5 polyphonic and 5 standard). Access this setting through the MENY/OK button and navigate to the Ringer Settings option.

3. Vedlikehold

3.1 Rengjøring

Clean the phone and base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use cleaning sprays or liquid cleaners as they may damage the finish or electrical components.

To maintain battery life, ensure the handset is placed on the base unit when not in use. If the battery needs replacement, use only the specified VTech replacement battery pack. Caution: Disconnect the power adapter from the wall outlet before replacing the battery.

4. Feilsøking

If you experience issues with your VTech VT1301 phone, try the following solutions:

• Ingen summetone: Ensure the telephone line cord is securely connected to both the base unit and the wall jack. Check if other phones on the same line are working.
