3. Oppsett
3.1 Installasjon av batteri
- Unscrew the tailcap of the flashlight counter-clockwise.
- Insert the included Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
- Screw the tailcap back on clockwise until secure.
3.2 Innledende lading
Before first use, fully charge the flashlight battery.

- Magnetisk lading: Attach the magnetic end of the charging cable to the magnetic charging port located on the side of the flashlight. The port will automatically align.
- Mikro-USB-lading: Open the rubber cover on the micro-USB port and insert the micro-USB cable.
The battery status indicator will show red during charging and turn blue when fully charged.

4.1 Strøm på/av og modusvalg
The E9R G4 features a tail switch for main power and a side switch for mode cycling.

- Half-press for momentary-on light.
- Full-press to turn the flashlight on or off.
- Sidebryter:
- When the light is on, tap the side switch to cycle through modes: Firefly → Low → Medium → High → Turbo.
- Press and hold the side switch (while the light is off) for instant Strobe mode.

4.3 Batteristatusindikator
The side switch features an integrated LED indicator to show battery status:
- Rød: Indicates low battery or currently charging.

5. Vedlikehold
5.1 Rengjøring
Periodically clean the flashlight body and threads. Use a soft, damp cloth for the exterior. For the threads, apply a small amount of silicone grease to maintain smooth operation and waterproof sealing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 Utskifting av O-ring
The E9R G4 is IPX8 waterproof. To maintain its waterproof rating, inspect the O-rings periodically for wear or damage. Replace them with the provided spare O-rings if necessary. Ensure O-rings are properly seated and lubricated with silicone grease.
5.3 Batteristell
- Always use the recommended Lithium-Ion battery.
- Avoid over-discharging the battery. Recharge when the indicator shows low battery.
- If storing the flashlight for an extended period, remove the battery or ensure it is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
