1. Viktige sikkerhetsinstruksjoner

Please read these instructions carefully before using the SOGO Deluxe Toaster SS-5390. Keep this manual for future reference.

3. Oppsett

1. Utpakking: Carefully remove the toaster and all packaging materials. Retain packaging for storage or return if necessary.
2. Plassering: Place the toaster on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials such as curtains or walls. Ensure adequate ventilation around the toaster.
3. Første bruk: Before first use, operate the toaster without bread on the highest setting (7) a few times to burn off any manufacturing residues. This may produce a slight odor and smoke, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
4. Strømtilkobling: Koble strømledningen til en standard 240V AC stikkontakt.

4. Bruksanvisning

1. Sett inn brød: Place one or two slices of bread into the long toasting slot.
2. Velg bruningsnivå: Turn the browning control dial to your desired setting, from 1 (lightest) to 7 (darkest). Start with a medium setting (e.g., 3 or 4) and adjust according to preference.
3. Begynn å riste: Press the lever down until it locks into place. The LED indicator for the Cancel button will illuminate, and the toasting cycle will begin.
4. Automatic Pop-up: Once the selected browning level is reached, the toast will automatically pop up, and the toaster will shut off.
5. Fjern toast: Carefully remove the toast from the slot. Be cautious as the toast and surrounding metal surfaces will be hot.

5. Spesielle funksjoner

The SOGO Deluxe Toaster SS-5390 includes three special functions for enhanced versatility:

• Avrimingsfunksjon:
  To toast frozen bread, insert the bread and press the lever down. Then, press the TINE button. The LED indicator for Defrost will light up. This function adds extra time to the toasting cycle to properly defrost and toast frozen items.
• Gjenoppvarmingsfunksjon:
  To warm up already toasted bread without further browning, insert the bread and press the lever down. Then, press the OPPVARMER button. The LED indicator for Reheat will light up. This cycle is shorter and uses less heat.
• Avbryt funksjon:
  For å stoppe ristesyklusen når som helst, trykk på KANSELLERE button. The lever will immediately pop up, and the toaster will turn off.

6. Rengjøring og vedlikehold

Regelmessig rengjøring sikrer optimal ytelse og forlenger levetiden til brødristeren.

1. Koble fra og kjøl ned: Trekk alltid støpselet til brødristeren ut av stikkontakten og la den avkjøles helt før rengjøring.
2. Smulderskuff: Pull out the removable crumb tray from the bottom of the toaster. Dispose of crumbs and wipe the tray clean with a damp klut. Sørg for at brettet er helt tørt før du setter det inn igjen.
