Oppsett

1. Chisel Installation

  1. Ensure the demolition hammer is disconnected from the power supply.
  2. The AB1700 features a 30mm hexagon tool holder. To insert a chisel, pull back the quick-release collar on the tool holder.
  3. Insert the desired chisel (pointed or flat) into the tool holder until it clicks into place.
  4. Release the quick-release collar and gently pull on the chisel to ensure it is securely locked.

2. Justering av håndtaket

The demolition hammer is equipped with two handles for control and comfort. The front handle can be adjusted to suit individual needs. Loosen the locking screw on the front handle, position the handle for optimal grip and balance, then tighten the screw securely. The rear D-handle provides an ergonomic grip and assists in maneuvering the tool.

Bruksanvisning

1. Strømtilkobling

Connect the power cord to a suitable 230V AC power outlet. Ensure the power supply matches the tool's specifications.

2. Start og stopp

To start the demolition hammer, press the ON/OFF switch. To stop the tool, release the switch. Some models may feature a lock-on button for continuous operation; refer to the specific switch mechanism on your tool.

3. Demolition Work

  • Hold the tool firmly with both hands using the soft grip handles.
  • Position the chisel against the material to be demolished (e.g., concrete, masonry).
  • Apply steady, downward pressure. The tool's weight (approximately 14 kg) assists in driving the chisel into the material.
  • Allow the tool's 50 joules of impact force and 2000 strokes per minute to perform the work. Avoid forcing the tool, as this can lead to overheating or damage.
  • For optimal results, work systematically, breaking off smaller sections of material.

Vedlikehold

1. Rengjøring

After each use, disconnect the tool from the power supply. Clean the exterior of the tool with a damp cloth. Remove any debris from the ventilation openings to prevent overheating. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

2. Chisel Care

Inspect chisels for wear or damage before and after each use. Sharpen or replace chisels as necessary to maintain optimal performance.

3. Oppbevaring
