5. Oppsett

5.1 Installasjon av batteri

1. Finn batterirommet på baksiden av enheten.
2. Skyv opp batteridekselet.
3. Sett inn to AA 1.5 V-batterier, og sørg for riktig polaritet (+/-).
4. Lukk batteridekselet godt.

5.2 Koble til elektroder

1. Sørg for at enheten er slått av før du kobler til elektrodene.
2. Connect the electrode cables to the output ports on the top of the device.
3. Attach the self-adhesive electrodes to the ends of the electrode cables.
4. Peel off the protective film from the electrodes and apply them to clean, dry skin in the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact with the skin.

6. Bruksanvisning

6.1 Slå på/av

6.2 Programvalg

The TENS 3002 PLUS offers a variety of programs:

• 5 TENS Programs: For pain relief (analgesia).
• 5 EMS Programs: For muscle stimulation and strengthening.
• 4 User-Configurable Programs: Allows you to set your own parameters.

6.3 Justering av intensitet

The device has two independent channels (Level 1 and Level 2) for intensity adjustment.

1. Once a program is selected and electrodes are applied, press the + button for Level 1 or Level 2 to gradually increase the intensity.
2. Trykk på - button for Level 1 or Level 2 to decrease the intensity.
3. Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level where you feel a strong but non-painful muscle contraction or tingling sensation.
4. Do not increase intensity to a painful level.

6.4 Låse skjermen

To prevent accidental changes during treatment, you can lock the screen:

• Trykk på Lock button (🔒) to activate the screen lock.
• Press it again to unlock.

7. Vedlikehold

7.1 Rengjøre enheten

• Slå av enheten og koble fra alle kabler før rengjøring.
• Tørk av enheten med en myk, litt damp klut. Ikke bruk skurende rengjøringsmidler eller senk enheten i vann.
• Sørg for at enheten er helt tørr før oppbevaring eller neste bruk.

• After each use, reattach the protective film to the electrodes to maintain their adhesive quality.

• Replace electrodes when they lose their adhesiveness or if they become damaged.

• Store the device and accessories in the provided storage case.
• If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries from the device.
