1. Viktige sikkerhetsinstruksjoner

Read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before operating the generator. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death.

3. Oppsett og første gangs bruk

Before starting the generator for the first time, follow these steps carefully.

1. Utpakking: Remove the generator from its packaging and inspect for any shipping damage. Ensure all components are present.
2. Plassering: Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from combustible materials and at least 1 meter (3 feet) from any buildings or other equipment.
3. Tilsett motorolje:
   • Finn oljepåfyllingslokket/peilepinnen.
   • Skru av og fjern peilepinnen.
   • Carefully add the recommended engine oil (refer to the full manual for oil type and capacity) until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
   • Securely replace the dipstick.
4. Tilsett drivstoff (bensin):
   • Sørg for at motoren er av og avkjølt.
   • Åpne lokket på drivstofftanken.
   • Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane) up to the indicated fill level. Do not overfill. The tank capacity is 4.0 liters.
   • Lukk tanklokket godt. Tørk opp sølt drivstoff umiddelbart.

4. Bruksanvisning

Follow these steps to safely start and operate your Einhell TC-IG 2000 generator.

4.1 Starte motoren

1. Sjekk olje og drivstoff: Verify that the engine oil and fuel levels are adequate.
2. Skru PÅ drivstoffventilen: Locate the fuel valve and turn it to the "ON" position.
3. Sett choke: If starting a cold engine, move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position. For a warm engine, set it to "RUN".
4. Set Engine Switch: Vri motorbryteren til "ON"-posisjonen.
5. Trekk i startsnoren: Grasp the starter handle firmly and pull the cord slowly until resistance is felt, then pull quickly and smoothly. Repeat until the engine starts.
6. Juster choken: Når motoren starter, flytt chokehendelen sakte til "RUN"-posisjon.

4.2 Tilkobling av elektriske apparater

The generator provides two 230V AC outlets and two USB ports.

• Sørg for at generatoren går stabilt før du kobler til enheter.
• Plug your 230V devices into the AC sockets.
• Plug your USB devices into the 5V 2.1A USB ports for charging.
• Do not exceed the generator's rated continuous power of 1800 W. The maximum power is 2000 W for short periods.

4.3 Stoppe motoren

5. Vedlikehold

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your generator. Always perform maintenance with the engine off and cool.

5.1 Daglig/Før hver bruk

• Sjekk motoroljenivået.
• Sjekk drivstoffnivået.
• Inspect for any visible damage or leaks.

5.2 Every 20 Hours or Monthly

• Skift motorolje.
• Rengjør luftfilteret.
• Inspiser tennpluggen.

5.3 Every 100 Hours or Annually

• Skift tennpluggen.
• Clean fuel filter (if accessible).
• Inspiser drivstoffslangene.
• Check valve clearance (recommended to be done by a qualified technician).
