Oppsett

Strømforsyning til enheten

The CD-590 can be powered by AC household current or by batteries.

Nettstrømdrift:

1. Sørg for at enheten er slått av.
2. Plug the detachable AC power cord into the AC socket located on the back of the unit.
3. Plug the other end of the AC power cord into a standard 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet.
4. The unit is now ready for use with AC power.

Batteridrift:

1. Disconnect the AC power cord from the unit and the wall outlet.

CD-avspilling

1. Trykk på MAKT for å slå på enheten.
2. Trykk på MODUS -knappen gjentatte ganger til «CD» vises på LCD-skjermen.
3. Åpne CD-luken ved å løfte den forsiktig.

4. Place a CD (or CD-R/RW with MP3 files) onto the center spindle with the label side facing up.
5. Close the CD compartment door securely. The unit will read the disc, and the total number of tracks will appear on the display.
6. Trykk på SPILL/PAUSE button (►/❚❚) to start playback.
7. Bruk HOPP / SØK buttons (◀◀ / ►►) to navigate between tracks. Press and hold to search within a track.
8. Trykk på STOPPE knappen (■) for å stoppe avspillingen.
9. For MP3 CDs, use the ALBUM button to select different folders/albums.

Kassettavspilling og -opptak

1. Trykk på MAKT for å slå på enheten.
2. Trykk på MODUS button repeatedly until "TAPE" (or similar indicator) appears on the LCD display.
3. Open the cassette compartment door by pressing the EJECT button (usually located near the cassette door).

4. Insert a cassette tape with the open edge facing upwards and the side to be played facing you.
5. Lukk døren til kassettrommet.
6. Trykk på SPILLE button (►) on the cassette controls to start playback.
7. Bruk SPOLE FREM (FF) and SPOLE (REW) buttons to quickly move through the tape.
8. Trykk på STOPP/LØS ut button (■/▲) to stop playback or eject the tape.
9. Innspilling: To record from the radio or CD, select the desired source (AM/FM or CD), then press the REKORD button (●) on the cassette controls. The SPILLE button will automatically engage. Press STOPPE for å avslutte innspillingen.

AM/FM-radiodrift

1. Trykk på MAKT for å slå på enheten.
2. Trykk på MODUS button repeatedly until "AM" or "FM" appears on the LCD display.
3. Juster TUNING knob (usually on the side or front) to select your desired radio station.
4. For FM reception, extend the telescopic antenna. For AM reception, rotate the unit for best signal.

Bluetooth -sammenkobling og avspilling

1. Trykk på MAKT for å slå på enheten.
2. Trykk på MODUS button repeatedly until "BT" or "Bluetooth" appears on the LCD display. The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon or similar.

5. Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the unit will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now stream audio wirelessly from your device to the CD-590.
6. Use the controls on your Bluetooth device or the CD-590 (PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP/SEARCH) to control playback.

Aux-inngang (AUX IN)

1. Trykk på MAKT for å slå på enheten.

3. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX IN jack on the CD-590.

5. Start playback on your external device. The audio will be played through the CD-590 speakers.

Vedlikehold

Rengjøring av enheten

CD-linsepleie

• A dirty CD lens can cause skipping or playback errors. Use a commercially available CD lens cleaner to clean the lens.
• Never touch the CD lens with your fingers.

Rengjøring av kassetthodet

• After every 10-20 hours of operation, clean the cassette heads, capstan, and pinch roller using a cotton swab lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
• Demagnetize the cassette heads periodically with a cassette head demagnetizer to prevent poor sound quality.
