The TUXING 4500Psi PCP Air Filter features a two-stage filtration system. The second stage is an air filter with an active carbon element to absorb moisture and odors. This system effectively separates approximately 95% of oil and water, ensuring clean air output.

1. Connect the Soft Hose to the Filter:

   Connect one end of the soft hose to the designated port on the filter. Ensure there is one white seal disc between the soft hose and the filter for a secure connection. Fasten it tightly using a wrench to prevent air leakage.

2. Connect the Filter to the Air Compressor and Air Bottle:

   The stainless steel male connector on the filter should be connected to your air compressor. The female connector at the other end of the hose should be connected to the air bottle you intend to fill. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent any air leaks.

1. Innledende kontroller: Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the bleed valve on the filter is closed.

3. Start Compression: Press the 'Start' button on your air compressor. Monitor the pressure gauge on the filter and the compressor.

5. Stop Compression: Once the desired pressure is reached, turn off the air compressor.

Utskifting av filterelement

The filter elements (activated carbon, molecular sieve, desiccant) need to be changed after filling approximately 360 liters of gas or when you notice a decrease in filtration efficiency or a change in air quality.

1. Trykkavlast systemet: Ensure the air compressor is off and all pressure has been released from the system by opening the bleed valve.
2. Disassemble the Filter: Use a screwdriver to open the screws at both ends of the filter body. Carefully unscrew and separate the filter components.
3. Remove Old Fillers: Remove the used moisture absorber cotton, activated charcoal, molecular sieve, and desiccant from the transparent inner tube.
4. Insert New Fillers: Place new filter elements into the transparent inner tube in the correct order (refer to Figure 2 for guidance). Ensure the moisture absorber cotton is at the bottom, followed by activated charcoal, molecular sieve, and desiccant.
5. Sett sammen igjen: Carefully reassemble the filter components, ensuring all O-rings are properly seated and connections are tight.
