1. Introduksjon

3. Oppsett
3.1 Installasjon av batteri
- Finn batteriromdekselet på baksiden av fjernkontrollen.
- Skyv dekselet nedover, eller trykk på låsen og løft for å åpne.
- Insert two new AAA batteries (not included), ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the diagrams inside the compartment.
- Sett på batteridekselet igjen, og skyv det tilbake på plass til det klikker ordentlig.

3.2 Førstegangsbruk
Once batteries are installed, the remote control is ready for use. Point the remote directly at your compatible Midea Vivax air conditioner and press the PÅ/AV knappen for å starte operasjonen.

- PÅ/AV: Trykk for å slå klimaanlegget på eller av.
- Veibeskrivelse: Blar gjennom driftsmoduser: AUTO, KJØLING, TØRKING, VARME.
- TEMP ▲ / ▼: Justerer ønsket temperaturinnstilling.
- Viftehastighet: Cycles through fan speeds: AUTO, HIGH, MED (Medium), LOW.
- SVINGE: Aktiverer eller deaktiverer den automatiske lamellsvingfunksjonen.
- SOVE: Activates the sleep mode for comfortable night operation.
- STOPPEKLOKKE PÅ: Sets a timer for the air conditioner to turn on.
- TIMER AV: Sets a timer for the air conditioner to turn off.
- LUFTRETNING: Adjusts the direction of the airflow.
- NULLSTILLE: Resets certain settings or functions (refer to your AC unit's manual for specific reset functions).
- LÅSE: Låser knappene på fjernkontrollen for å forhindre utilsiktede endringer.

4.1 Switching Between Fahrenheit and Celsius
The remote control can display temperature in both Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C). The method to switch between these units is typically by pressing a combination of buttons, often the TEMP ▲ og TEMP ▼ buttons simultaneously for a few seconds, or a dedicated small button (sometimes recessed) on the remote. 4.2 Using the Green Backlight
The remote control features a green backlight for easy operation in dark environments. The backlight typically activates automatically when any button is pressed and remains on for a few seconds before fading out. There is no dedicated button to toggle the backlight on or off; it is an automatic function.

5. Vedlikehold
5.1 Batteribytte
Replace batteries when the remote control's range decreases, or the display becomes dim or unresponsive. Always replace both batteries simultaneously with new AAA batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
5.2 Rengjøring
Tørk av fjernkontrollen med en myk, tørr klut. Ikke bruk flytende rengjøringsmidler, slipemidler eller kjemiske løsemidler, da disse kan skade overflaten eller de indre komponentene.
5.3 Oppbevaring
Hvis fjernkontrollen ikke skal brukes over lengre tid, ta ut batteriene for å forhindre lekkasje og potensiell skade. Oppbevar fjernkontrollen på et kjølig og tørt sted, unna direkte sollys og ekstreme temperaturer.
