2. Oppsett
2.1 Installasjon av batteri
The clock requires three (3) AAA batteries for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.
- Finn batteridekselet på baksiden av klokken.
- Skyv dekselet nedover for å åpne rommet.
- Insert three new AAA batteries, matching the (+) and (-) terminals as indicated inside the compartment.

2.2 Innstilling av klokkeslett og dato
After installing batteries, the display will activate. You will need to set the current time, date, and year.
- Finn SETT slider switch on the back of the clock.
- Skyv på SETT bytt til TID posisjon.
- Bruk TIME/MÅNED og MIN/DATO knappene for å justere tiden.
- Skyv på SETT bytt til DATO posisjon.
- Bruk TIME/MÅNED og MIN/DATO knapper for å justere måned og dato.
- Bruk 12/24 YEAR button to set the current year.
- Once all settings are complete, slide the SETT bytt tilbake til LØP position for normal operation.
3. Bruksanvisning
3.1 Alarminnstilling
For å stille inn alarmtiden:
- Skyv på SETT bytt til ALARM posisjon.
- Bruk TIME/MÅNED og MIN/DATO buttons to set your desired alarm time.
- Skyv på SETT bytt tilbake til LØP posisjon.
For å aktivere eller deaktivere alarmen:
- Bruk ALARM PÅ / AV slider switch on the left side of the clock. Slide to ON to enable the alarm, or AV for å deaktivere den.
3.2 Slumrefunksjon
Når alarmen går, trykker du på den store SNOOZE / LYS button on top of the clock to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 9 minutes.
3.3 Nightlight and Backlight
The clock features two lighting options:
- Built-in Display Nightlight: Bruk PÅ/AV-SENSOR slider switch on the back of the clock to enable or disable a continuous low-level nightlight. This provides subtle illumination in dark environments.
- On-Demand White Backlight: Trykk på den store SNOOZE / LYS button on top of the clock for 5 seconds of full brightness, making it easy to read the display in any lighting condition.

3.4 Temperaturvisning
The clock displays the indoor temperature. To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), locate the ° C / ° F button on the back of the clock and press it.
3.5 12/24 timers format
To switch between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour (military) time formats, locate the 12/24 YEAR button on the back of the clock and press it.
4. Vedlikehold
To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your Sharp Digital Alarm Clock, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Rengjøring: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the display or casing.
