2. Sikkerhetsinformasjon

5. Oppsett og installasjon

5.1 Plassering av enheten

Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired room. Ensure there is at least 30 cm (12 inches) of clear space around the unit for proper airflow.

5.2 Installasjon av eksosslange

1. Attach the exhaust hose connector to the exhaust outlet on the back of the unit.
2. Extend the exhaust hose and attach the window kit adapter to the other end.
3. Install the window sealing kit in a suitable window opening.
4. Insert the window kit adapter into the opening of the window sealing kit, ensuring a tight seal to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

6. Bruksanvisning

Your Daitsu Alisios Premium APD12FX can be operated via the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

6.1 Fjernkontrollfunksjoner

• Av/på-knapp (①): Slår enheten PÅ eller AV.
• Modusknapp: Går gjennom kjøle-, avfuktings- og viftemodus.
• Temperature Up (⌃) / Down (⌄) Buttons: Justerer ønsket temperaturinnstilling.
• Viftehastighetsknapp: Velger viftehastighet (Lav, Middels, Høy).
• Timer Button (⏰): Stiller inn 24-timers timeren for automatisk drift.
• °C/°F-knapp: Switches temperature display between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

6.2 Grunnleggende betjening

1. Koble enheten til en jordet stikkontakt.
2. Trykk på av / på-knappen for å slå på enheten.
3. Press the Mode button to select your desired operating mode (Cool, Dehumidify, or Fan).
4. In Cooling mode, use the Temperature Up/Down buttons to set the desired room temperature.
5. Adjust the fan speed as needed using the Fan Speed button.

7. Wi-Fi og appkontroll

The Daitsu Alisios Premium APD12FX features integrated Wi-Fi, allowing you to control it conveniently from your smartphone or tablet using the Smart Life application.

7.1 Koble til Wi-Fi

1. Download the "Smart Life" app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
2. Registrer deg eller logg inn på Smart Life-kontoen din.
3. Ensure your portable air conditioner is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to the app's instructions or the unit's display for pairing indications).
4. In the Smart Life app, tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your APD12FX unit to your home Wi-Fi network.

7.2 App-funksjoner

Once connected, you can use the Smart Life app to:

• Slå enheten PÅ/AV.
• Select operating modes (Cool, Dehumidify, Fan).
• Juster temperaturinnstillingene.
• Set fan speed.
• Configure the 24-hour timer.
• Monitor the unit's status.

8. Vedlikehold

Regelmessig vedlikehold sikrer optimal ytelse og forlenger levetiden til klimaanlegget ditt.

8.1 Rengjøre luftfilteret

The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage. A dirty filter can reduce efficiency and airflow.

1. Koble enheten fra strømuttaket.
2. Locate and remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit (refer to the diagram in your full manual).
3. Vask filteret med lunkent vann og et mildt vaskemiddel. Skyll grundig.
4. La filteret lufttørke helt før du setter det inn i enheten igjen.

8.2 Tappe vann

During dehumidification or cooling, water will accumulate inside the unit. The unit has an internal water tank that may need to be drained periodically.

1. Slå av og koble fra enheten.
2. Place a shallow pan or container under the drain port (usually located at the bottom rear of the unit).
3. Fjern tappepluggen/hetten.
4. La alt vannet renne ut.
5. Sett tappepluggen/lokket ordentlig på plass.

8.3 Oppbevaring

Hvis enheten ikke skal brukes over lengre tid:

• Tøm av alt oppsamlet vann.
• Rengjør luftfilteret.
• Kjør enheten i viftemodus i noen timer for å tørke innsiden.
• Trekk ut strømledningen og rull den pent sammen.
• Oppbevar enheten på et kjølig, tørt sted, helst i originalemballasjen.
