1. Introduksjon

Thank you for choosing the GGM Gastro GKE550LED Beverage Refrigerator. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your new appliance. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and keep it for future reference.

The GKE550LED is a high-capacity, frameless beverage refrigerator designed for commercial use in bars, clubs, and similar establishments. It features a 550-liter capacity, a single glass door, and customizable RGB LED lighting with 7 different color options to enhance its visual appeal.

2. Sikkerhetsinstruksjoner

Følg alltid følgende sikkerhetsregler for å unngå skader på apparatet.

• Elektrisk sikkerhet: Ensure the power supply matches the appliance's requirements (230V/50Hz). Do not use extension cords or adapters. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or maintenance.
• Plassering: Place the refrigerator on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating. Do not block ventilation openings.

3. Oppsett

3.1 Utpakking

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the refrigerator for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.

3.2 Plassering

Choose a location that is dry, well-ventilated, and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for air circulation. The external dimensions are approximately 670 mm (width) x 835 mm (depth) x 2140 mm (height).

3.3 Utjevning

Use the adjustable feet at the bottom of the unit to ensure it is perfectly level. This is crucial for proper door sealing and efficient operation.

3.4 Hyllemontering

The refrigerator comes with 4 adjustable grids (shelves). Insert the shelf supports into the desired slots on the interior walls and then place the grids securely on the supports. Ensure shelves are level before loading products.

3.5 Strømtilkobling

Connect the power cord to a grounded 230V/50Hz electrical outlet. Allow the refrigerator to stand for at least 2 hours before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.

4. Bruksanvisning

4.1 Første oppstart

After plugging in the unit, the compressor will start. Allow the refrigerator to cool down for several hours (e.g., 4-6 hours) before loading products to ensure it reaches the desired temperature.

4.2 Temperaturkontroll

The refrigerator is equipped with a digital thermometer on the door for monitoring the internal temperature. Adjust the temperature settings using the control panel, typically located near the top interior or exterior of the unit. Refer to the specific control panel instructions for detailed temperature adjustment procedures.

4.3 LED-lyskontroll

The GKE550LED features internal LED strips and LED lighting integrated into the door frame, offering 7 different colors: red, green, blue, white, yellow, cyan, and purple. Color adjustment is manual, typically via a button or switch on the unit. Cycle through the colors to select your preferred display.

4.4 Lasting av produkter

Distribute products evenly on the shelves. Do not overload the shelves or block the internal air circulation vents. The total capacity is 550 liters.

5.1 Rengjøring av interiøret

Unplug the unit before cleaning. Remove all products and shelves. Clean the interior surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild, food-safe detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects.

5.2 Rengjøring utvendig

Wipe the exterior surfaces, including the glass door and door frame, with a soft cloth dampened with a mild cleaning solution. Dry immediately to prevent streaks. Pay attention to the ventilation grilles at the bottom and top of the unit, ensuring they are free from dust and debris.
