This manual provides essential instructions for the proper use and care of your SEIKO Coutura Red Chronograph Leather Watch, Model SSB435. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your timepiece.

Oppsett
Stille inn tiden
- Pull the crown out to the second click position. The small second hand will stop.
- Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure the AM/PM is correctly set (the date changes at midnight).
- Skyv kronen tilbake til normal posisjon.
Stille inn datoen
- Trekk kronen ut til første klikkposisjon.
- Vri på kronen for å stille inn datoen.
- Skyv kronen tilbake til normal posisjon.
Chronograph Hand Position Adjustment
If the chronograph hands are not at the 0 position when reset, they can be adjusted:
- Trekk kronen ut til den andre klikkposisjonen.
- Press pusher A (top pusher) to adjust the chronograph 1/5 second hand.
- Press pusher B (bottom pusher) to adjust the chronograph minute hand.
- Once all chronograph hands are aligned to the 0 position, push the crown back into the normal position.
Betjening av kronografen
Kronografen måler forløpt tid opptil 60 minutter i trinn på 1/5 sekund.
- Start/stopp: Press pusher A to start the chronograph. Press pusher A again to stop it.
- Tilbakestille: While the chronograph is stopped, press pusher B to reset all chronograph hands to the 0 position.
- Mellomtid: To measure split times, press pusher B during a measurement. The chronograph hands will stop to indicate the split time. Press pusher B again to resume measurement.

Vannmotstand
Your SEIKO Coutura SSB435 watch is water resistant to 100 meters (10 bar). This means it is suitable for everyday use, swimming, and snorkeling. It is ikke egnet for dykking.
- Sørg for at kronen er trykket helt inn før klokken utsettes for vann.
- Ikke bruk kronen eller trykknappene mens klokken er våt eller nedsenket i vann.
- Unngå å utsette klokken for varmt vann, damp eller plutselige temperaturendringer, da dette kan svekke vanntettheten.
Vedlikehold
Batteribytte
This watch is powered by a quartz movement and requires one LR44 battery. When the battery is low, the small second hand may move in two-second intervals. Replace the battery promptly to avoid leakage and damage to the movement. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician.
Rengjøring
- Tørk av klokkekassen og glasset med en myk, tørr klut.

Lagring
