3. Oppsett

3.1 Lading av batteriet

1. Connect the 110V fast charger to a standard power outlet.
2. Skyv 20V litiumionbatteripakken på laderen til den klikker på plass.

4. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger. Do not overcharge the battery.

3.2 Installere og fjerne batteriet

• For å installere: Align the battery pack with the base of the drill handle and slide it forward until it locks securely into place.
• For å fjerne: Press the battery release button (usually located on the front or sides of the battery pack) and slide the battery pack backward and off the tool.

1. Ensure the battery is removed from the drill for safety.
2. Grip the rear collar of the chuck with one hand and rotate the front collar counter-clockwise to open the chuck jaws.
3. Sett borekronen eller tilbehøret inn i chucken, og sørg for at den er sentrert.
4. Rotate the front collar clockwise to tighten the chuck jaws firmly around the bit. Hand-tighten only; do not use tools to tighten the chuck.
5. For å fjerne: Reverse the process by rotating the front collar counter-clockwise to loosen the jaws and pull out the bit.

4.1 Slå av/på og hastighetskontroll

• The drill is activated by pressing the variable speed trigger switch.
• The speed of the drill is controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. Pressing lightly results in lower speed, while pressing fully results in maximum speed.
• Slipp avtrekkeren for å slå av drillen.

4.2 Rotasjon fremover/bakover

• The forward/reverse selector switch is located above the trigger.
• Skyv bryteren til venstre for rotasjon forover (boring/innskruing av skruer).
• Skyv bryteren til høyre for revers rotasjon (fjerning av skruer).
• Når bryteren er i midtposisjon, er avtrekkeren låst, noe som forhindrer utilsiktet oppstart.

4.3 Gearbox Speed Selection

• The 2-speed gearbox selector switch is located on top of the drill.

• Posisjon 2 (høy hastighet): For raskere boring i mykere materialer eller mindre hull.
• Always ensure the drill is stopped before changing gear speeds.

4.4 Torque and Mode Selection

• The torque adjustment ring is located behind the chuck.
• Rotate the ring to select the desired torque setting (1-21) for driving screws. Lower numbers are for smaller screws and softer materials, higher numbers for larger screws and harder materials.
• For drilling into wood or metal, select the drill symbol (drill mode).
• For drilling into masonry or concrete, select the hammer drill symbol (hammer drill mode).

5. Vedlikehold

5.1 Rengjøring

• Regularly clean the ventilation openings on the drill to prevent overheating.
• Bruk en myk, damp klut til å tørke av verktøyets utside. Ikke bruk sterke kjemikalier eller slipende rengjøringsmidler.
• Hold chuckkjevene rene og fri for rusk for optimalt grep på boret.

5.2 Batteristell

• Ikke utsett batterier for vann eller fuktighet.

• Store the drill, battery, and charger in the provided carrying case in a dry, secure location out of reach of children.
• Ensure the battery is removed from the drill before storage.
