The Scheppach PGS75 is designed for shredding garden waste such as branches, twigs, and plant material up to a maximum diameter of 75 mm. It features a powerful 6.5 hp engine and a 45-liter collection bag capacity.
2. Sikkerhetsinstruksjoner
Generell sikkerhet: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and sturdy footwear. Never operate the shredder under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs judgment. Keep children and bystanders away from the operating area.
Driftssikkerhet: Ensure the shredder is on a stable, level surface before starting. Do not overload the machine. Feed material gradually. Never place hands or any part of your body into the feeding chute or discharge opening while the engine is running. Disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any maintenance or clearing blockages.
Drivstoffsikkerhet: Gasoline is highly flammable. Store fuel in approved containers in a well-ventilated area. Refuel outdoors, away from sparks or open flames, and with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke while refueling.
3. Oppsett og montering
Unpack all components and ensure all parts are present according to the packing list. Assembly typically involves attaching the wheels, handle, collection bag frame, and feed chute. Refer to the detailed diagrams in the printed manual for specific assembly steps.

4. Bruksanvisning
Starte motoren:
- Sørg for at drivstofftanken er fylt og at oljenivået er riktig.
- Open the fuel valve (if applicable).
- Flytt chokehendelen til "CHOKE"-posisjonen (for kaldstart).
- Flytt gasspaken til "RASK"-posisjonen.

- Always feed material into the shredder from the top chute.
- Feed branches and twigs one at a time, allowing the machine to process each piece completely.
- Do not force material into the chute. Let the blades pull it in.
- Avoid feeding stones, metal, plastic, or other non-organic materials.
- Monitor the collection bag and empty it before it becomes too full.
Stoppe motoren:
- Flytt gasspaken til "LANGSOM"- eller "TOMGANG"-posisjon.
- Vri motorbryteren til «AV»-posisjon.
- Lukk drivstoffventilen (hvis aktuelt) for lagring.
5. Vedlikehold
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your shredder. Always disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any maintenance.
- Rengjøring: After each use, clean the shredder housing, feed chute, and discharge area. Remove any accumulated debris.
