4. Oppsett

4.1. Installasjon av batteri

2. Insert the specified type and number of batteries (e.g., 4 x AA batteries) according to the polarity indicators (+ and -).

5. Bruksanvisning

5.1. Før du foretar en måling

• Unngå å spise, drikke alkohol, røyke, trene og bade i 30 minutter før måling.

5.2. Tar en måling

1. Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.

3. Hold deg stille og ikke snakk under målingen.
4. Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
