This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your CREWORKS 60W Stainless Steel Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use and retain it for future reference.
Sikkerhetsinstruksjoner
To ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the unit or injury, observe the following safety precautions:
- Ikke demonter: Attempting to disassemble the unit may result in electric shock or damage.
- Do not use unattended: Always supervise the cleaner during operation.
- Always use sufficient fluid: Ensure the tank is filled to the appropriate level before operation to prevent damage to the ultrasonic transducers.
- Unplug before filling & draining: Disconnect the power cord from the outlet before adding or removing cleaning solution.

- Do not immerse the main body of the cleaner in water or other liquids.
- Use only non-flammable cleaning solutions.

Oppsett
- Pakke ut: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Plassering: Place the unit on a firm, level, and dry surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the machine. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Fyll tank: Ensure the unit is unplugged. Fill the stainless steel tank with the appropriate cleaning solution. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line. Ensure the items to be cleaned are fully submerged.
- Sett inn kurv: Place the stainless steel cleaning basket into the tank. This basket helps protect items and the tank from direct contact.
- Koble til strøm: Koble strømledningen til en jordet stikkontakt.
Bruksanvisning
The CREWORKS Ultrasonic Cleaner features intuitive knob controls for easy operation.
- Last inn elementer: Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Ensure items are not overcrowded and have space for the solution to circulate.
- Still inn temperatur: Snu på TEMPERATUR knob to select the desired heating temperature (70-175°F / 20-80°C). The "HEATING" indicator light will illuminate when heating is active. For optimal cleaning, pre-heating the solution is often recommended.
- Still inn tid: Snu på TID knob to select the desired cleaning duration (1-30 minutes). The "CLEANING" indicator light will illuminate when the ultrasonic function is active.
- Start rengjøring: The unit will begin heating and/or cleaning according to your settings. The ultrasonic process will generate a slight humming sound.
- Overvåk fremdriften: Allow the cleaning cycle to complete. The unit will automatically stop the ultrasonic function when the timer reaches zero. The heating function will continue until manually turned off or the set temperature is reached.
- Fjern elementer: Once the cycle is complete, unplug the unit. Carefully lift the basket out of the tank and rinse the cleaned items under clean water.
- Slå av: Turn both the TEMPERATURE and TIME knobs to the "OFF" position.

Vedlikehold
Regelmessig vedlikehold sikrer ultralydrenserens levetid og optimal ytelse.
- Tømme tanken: After each use, especially if the solution is dirty, unplug the unit and carefully pour out the used cleaning solution. Avoid spilling liquid on the control panel or exterior.
- Rengjøring av tanken: Wipe the inside of the stainless steel tank with a soft cloth to remove any residue. For stubborn deposits, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Rinse thoroughly.
- Utvendig rengjøring: Tørk av utsiden av enheten med annonseamp klut. Ikke bruk slipende rengjøringsmidler eller senk enheten i vann.
- Lagring: Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure the tank is completely dry before storage.
- Bytte sikring: The unit is equipped with protective fuses. If the unit fails to power on, check and replace the fuses located near the power inlet if necessary. Always use fuses of the correct rating.
