4. Produktfunksjoner

  • 3-in-1 Hat Press: This machine includes three interchangeable lower cap platens (6.6" x 2.7", 6.6" x 3.8", and 6.1" x 3" inches) to accommodate various hat sizes and styles.
  • Automatic Press and Release: The machine features an automatic closing and pressure adjustment mechanism. Upon completion of the set countdown, the heating plate automatically lifts and emits an alert sound.
  • Stor varmeplate: The 6.41 x 3.15 inch heating plate is Teflon-coated for anti-adhesion and is suitable for a wide range of headwear, including berets, baseball caps, bucket hats, and peaked caps.
  • Presis digital kontroll: A knob-style digital control panel allows for accurate setting of temperature (40-210°C / 104-410°F) and time (0-999 seconds). An automatic shutdown function activates after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • Effektiv oppvarming: Equipped with innovative Mica heating elements, the heating wire is densely dispersed to ensure rapid and uniform heat distribution across the platen.

5. Oppsett

6. Bruksanvisning

  1. Strøm på: Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the machine.
  2. Still inn temperatur og tid: Use the knob on the control panel to adjust the desired temperature and time settings according to your material and transfer type. Rotate right for temperature adjustment, and left for time adjustment. Refer to your transfer material manufacturer's recommendations for optimal settings.

  1. Forvarm: Allow the machine to preheat until it reaches the set temperature. The display will indicate the current temperature.
  2. Load the Hat: Carefully place the hat onto the lower platen, ensuring it is centered and smooth. Position your transfer material onto the hat as desired.
  3. Initiate Press Cycle: Gently press the button on the control panel. The upper heating plate will automatically lower and apply pressure. The timer will begin counting down.

  1. Automatisk utløsning: Once the timer reaches zero, the heating plate will automatically lift, and an audible alert will sound, indicating the completion of the press cycle.
  2. Remove the Hat: Carefully remove the hat from the platen. Be cautious as the hat and transfer may still be hot.
  3. Slå av: When finished, press and hold the power button to turn off the machine. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Changing Platens

To change the lower cap platen, ensure the machine is off and cool. Locate the securing mechanism for the platen (usually screws or a quick-release lever). Loosen or release it, remove the current platen, and install the desired platen, securing it firmly before use.

7. Vedlikehold

  • Rengjøring av varmeplaten: Sørg for at maskinen er koblet fra strømnettet og at den er helt avkjølt. Bruk en myk, tørr klut.amp cloth to wipe down the Teflon-coated heating plate. For stubborn residue, a non-abrasive cleaner designed for Teflon surfaces can be used.
  • Generell rengjøring: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
