5. Installasjon og oppsett

5.1 Montering
- Select a suitable location in the lowest part of the bilge where water collects. The pump must be mounted vertically on a flat surface.
- The pump features a removable strainer base for easy mounting. Detach the motor cartridge from the base by pressing the release tabs.

- Once the base is secured, reattach the motor cartridge by aligning it with the base and pressing down until it locks into place.

- Manuell drift: If connected to a manual switch, activate the switch to turn the pump on. Turn the switch off when the bilge is clear of water.
- Automatic Operation (with optional float switch): If an external float switch (not included) is installed and wired correctly, the pump will automatically activate when water levels rise and deactivate when water is removed. Refer to the float switch's instruction manual for wiring details.
