3. Oppsett og installasjon

3.1 Utpakking

• Verify all components are present: Portable AC unit, remote control, exhaust hose, window kit (baffle plate, window exhaust adapter, connector of air exhaust duct), and user manual.

3.2 Montering av vindussett

The window kit is designed for installation in double-hung or sliding windows.

1. Adjust the Baffle Plate: Adjust the length of the baffle plate to fit your window opening. Secure it with screws if necessary.
2. Place in Window: Insert the adjusted window kit into the window track and close the window securely against it.
3. Koble eksosslangen til enheten: Attach the connector of the air exhaust duct to the exhaust port on the back of the portable AC unit.
4. Koble eksosslangen til vindussettet: Extend the exhaust hose and insert the window exhaust adapter into the opening of the window kit.
5. Sørg for at alle tilkoblinger er sikre for å forhindre luftlekkasje.

4. Bruksanvisning

The unit can be controlled using the touch panel on the unit or the included remote control.

4.1 Kontrollpanel og fjernkontroll

The front LED display shows the current temperature or timer settings. The remote control offers full functionality from up to 25 feet away.

4.2 Driftsmoduser

• Kjølemodus: Select this mode for active cooling. Adjust the temperature between 59°F and 88°F using the up/down arrows.
• Viftemodus: Circulates air without cooling. Choose between High, Medium, or Low fan speeds.
• Avfuktingsmodus: Removes excess moisture from the air. The unit can remove up to 75 pints per day.

4.3 Tilleggsfunksjoner

• Timer funksjon: Set the unit to turn on or off automatically within a 1-24 hour period.
• Sove modus: Aktiverer stille drift og justerer gradvis temperaturen for komfortabel søvn.
• Autosving: The louvers will automatically swing to distribute air evenly.

5. Vedlikehold

Regelmessig vedlikehold sikrer optimal ytelse og forlenger levetiden til enheten din.

5.1 Rengjøring av luftfilter

• Luftfilteret bør rengjøres annenhver uke, eller oftere avhengig av bruk og luftkvalitet.
• Koble enheten fra strømuttaket.
• Remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit (refer to diagram in full manual for exact location).
• Vask filteret med varmt såpevann. Skyll grundig og la det lufttørke helt før du setter det inn igjen.

5.2 Vannavløp

The unit collects moisture during cooling and dehumidifying operations. It has a self-evaporative system, but in high humidity conditions, the internal water tank may fill up, requiring manual drainage. The unit will display an "LC" error code when the tank is full.

• Koble fra enheten.
• Place a shallow pan or tray under the drainage port (typically located at the bottom rear of the unit).
• Fjern tappepluggen/hetten.
• La alt oppsamlet vann renne ut.
• Sett tappepluggen/lokket ordentlig på plass.

5.3 Oppbevaring

• Before storing, drain all water from the unit.
• Rengjør luftfilteret.
• Kjør enheten i kun viftemodus i noen timer for å tørke de interne komponentene.
• Store the unit in a dry, upright position, covered to protect from dust.
