Oppsett og installasjon

Pakker ut fryseren

Carefully remove all packaging materials, including the foam base and any adhesive tape holding accessories. Inspect the freezer for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the retailer.

Plassering

Choose a location that is not exposed to direct sunlight or near heat sources such as stoves, heaters, or radiators. The freezer should be placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent vibrations. Ensure adequate air circulation around the unit. This model is "Garage Ready," meaning it is designed to operate efficiently in a wider range of ambient temperatures.

Utjevning

The freezer must be level for proper operation. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary to ensure stability.

Elektrisk forbindelse

Plug the freezer into a dedicated, grounded 120 Volt, 60 Hz AC outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs. Allow the freezer to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.

Første oppstart

After plugging in, allow the freezer to cool for 2-3 hours before placing food inside. The power indicator light will illuminate when the unit is receiving power.

Temperaturkontroll

The external temperature control knob allows you to adjust the internal temperature. Turn the knob towards "MAX FREEZING" for colder temperatures and towards "MIN COOLING" for less cold temperatures. The compressor indicator light will show when the compressor is actively running to cool the unit.

Setter inn fryseren

The 7.0 cu. ft. capacity provides ample space for frozen goods. Utilize the removable vinyl-coated wire basket for frequently accessed items or smaller packages to keep them organized and easily accessible at the top.

Vedlikehold og stell

Tining av fryseren

Defrost the freezer when frost accumulation reaches about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. To defrost:

1. Koble fryseren fra stikkontakten.
2. Fjern all mat og oppbevar den i en annen fryser eller kjøler.
3. Place a shallow pan or towel under the defrost drain plug located at the bottom front of the freezer.
4. Remove the internal drain plug and the external drain cap to allow water to flow out.
5. Leave the lid open to speed up the defrosting process.
6. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior thoroughly before replacing the drain plugs and plugging the freezer back in.

Rengjøring

Clean the interior and exterior of the freezer regularly with a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could damage surfaces. Ensure the freezer is unplugged before cleaning.

Feilsøking

• Fryseren fungerer ikke: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in. Verify the circuit breaker or fuse. Ensure the temperature control is not set to "OFF" or too warm.

• Overdreven frostdannelse: This indicates a need for defrosting. Ensure the lid gasket is sealing properly.
