3.2 Komponenter

4. Oppsett

1. Utpakking: Fjern forsiktig alle komponenter fra emballasjen. Kontroller at alle delene som er oppført i pakkelisten er til stede.

5. Strømtilkobling: Connect the power cable to the fume extractor and then plug it into a suitable power outlet.

5. Bruksanvisning

1. Strøm på: Trykk på PÅ/AV button located on the front panel to turn on the fume extractor. The indicator light will illuminate.
2. Justering av luftstrømhastighet:
   • Trykk på STRØMME button to cycle through the three airflow speed levels: Low, Medium, and High.
   • Select the appropriate speed based on the intensity of fumes and your working environment.
3. Operasjon: Begin your laser engraving or soldering task. The fume extractor will continuously draw in smoke and particles, purifying the air.
4. Slå av: After completing your task, press the PÅ/AV button again to turn off the fume extractor.

6. Vedlikehold

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Mecpow P50 Fume Extractor.

6.1 Filterbytte

The 3-layer filtration system requires periodic replacement to maintain 99.97% purification efficiency. The frequency of replacement depends on usage and the type of materials processed.

1. Slå av: Ensure the fume extractor is turned off and unplugged before performing any maintenance.
2. Open Unit: Carefully open the top cover of the fume extractor.
3. Fjern gamle filtre: Remove the pre-filter, medium HEPA filter, and activated carbon filter. Dispose of used filters responsibly according to local regulations.
4. Installer nye filtre: Place new filters in the correct order: activated carbon filter at the bottom, then the medium HEPA filter, and finally the pre-filter on top. Ensure a snug fit.
5. Lukk enhet: Securely close the top cover.
