1. White Noise Playback
The 1Mii R3 offers 30 soothing sounds to help you relax and sleep. You can control playback and volume directly on the device or via the app.
- Spill av/pause: Press the 'Play/Pause' button (music note icon) to start or stop the sound.

2. Stille inn alarmen
The 1Mii R3 functions as an alarm clock with 8 ringtone options and a 10-minute snooze.
- Press the 'Alarm' button once to enter alarm settings.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to select which of the 5 available alarms you wish to set (01-05).
- Press 'Alarm' again to turn the selected alarm ON or OFF.
- Press 'Alarm' again to set the hour. Use '+' and '-' to adjust.
- Press 'Alarm' again to set the minutes. Use '+' and '-' to adjust.
- Press 'Alarm' again to select one of the 8 alarm ringtones. Use '+' and '-' to choose.
- Press 'Alarm' a final time to save and exit.
- To snooze, when the alarm rings, press either the 'Brightness' or 'Play/Pause' button for a 10-minute snooze.
- To turn the alarm function on/off without entering settings, long press the 'Alarm' button.
