You can register your ELIKA device and activate your service plan by visiting www.elikacloud.com. You will need to input your serial number and registration code.
Visitors must first clear any previous entries on the keypad, then enter your assigned 3-6 digit directory code to call your phone. Once you answer, you can press your designated access granted key to open the gate or door.
Ensure you are entering the correct 3-6 digit access code. Press the clear key before typing. If entry is still denied, contact your system administrator or property manager.
