4. Oppsett
- Pakke ut: Carefully remove all packaging materials and protective films from the slicer.

5. Bruksanvisning
Følg disse trinnene for sikker og effektiv skjæring:
- Lage mat: Ensure the food item is suitable for slicing and fits comfortably on the food carriage. For best results, chill soft foods slightly before slicing.
- Juster skivetykkelsen: Use the central control knob to set the desired slice thickness between 0 and 30 mm. Turn clockwise for thinner slices and counter-clockwise for thicker slices.
- Posisjonsmat: Place the food item firmly against the stop plate and the food carriage. Use the food holder to secure smaller items and protect your hands.

- Momentary Operation: Press and hold the On/Off switch to activate the blade. Release to stop.
- Permanent Operation: Press the On/Off switch and engage the permanent switch lock (if available on your model) for continuous operation. Always supervise the slicer during permanent operation.
- Skive: Gently push the food carriage back and forth, guiding the food against the rotating blade. The raised design allows you to slice directly into bowls or storage containers placed underneath.

6. Rengjøring og vedlikehold
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the lifespan of your slicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Koble fra: Disconnect the slicer from the power supply.
- Fjern bladet: The stainless steel blade is removable for easy cleaning. Follow the instructions in your specific model's quick start guide for safe blade removal. Exercise extreme caution as the blade is very sharp.

- Blad: Wash the blade carefully with warm soapy water. Some parts, including the blade, are dishwasher safe. Refer to product specifications for details.
