    Use a computer or smartphone to connect to the receiver's WiFi hotspot (named after the device serial number, default password is empty), then open a browser and enter the IP address 10.10.10.10.

    Check if all satellite systems are enabled in the Skyplot or Satellite settings within the Web UI, and ensure the antenna has a clear view of the sky without obstructions.
